PF Not deduct in Webpay

In Employee Master:
PF Applicable, 
PF Limit, 
Pension Applicable, 
Pension Limit
Expat=N,
Employee Date of birth should be not more than 58 year
In Global Setting:
Pension age limit=58 years
Enable audit Mode=N for pension calculation
PF/EST & PT Configuration:
PF Applicable, 
Pension Applicable, 
All account contribution & pension limit
