Date format problem in Webpay (June 27 2012): ACB

In Regional settings we need to ensure that the date setting (date format) is US.

Reasons:
1. Date column in excel should in text format. (When importing employee master record in excel)
2. Date type data should be entered in dd-MMM-yyyy format. (Regional Settings)
